Vice President of Business Development: Renewables, Grains, and Oilseeds
As a Vice President of Business Development at CIH, Scott introduces agriculture producers and lenders to effective margin management tools and services. His current focus is the crop and ethanol sectors, but he has also worked with the hog, beef and dairy industries. Scott has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining CIH in 2008, he spent 17 years as an introducing broker and grain originator in the cash grain markets, focused on structuring risk management strategies for row crop producers. Previously, he was a financial advisor with a national accounting firm. Scott holds a B.S. in agribusiness, as well as Series 3 (National Commodities Futures Examination) and Series 30 (NFA Branch Manager Examination) Licenses. Scott coaches high school basketball and football and is an avid golfer.
