This one-day program is designed as a follow up on our popular Margin Management seminars to provide existing clients with further refinement in their decision making process. This class explores the questions of when, why and how to make strategic position adjustments over time to manage price volatility and increase flexibility in pricing decisions for both input costs and revenues.
